Rules & Regulations

What are the Rules & Regulations?

The New Albany Communities Master Association was created and designed in an effort to maintain uniformity and conformity throughout the various individual communities. While each community has their own set of Rules and Regulations, also known as the do’s and don’ts, the Master Association serves as a “umbrella” responsible for overseeing all common areas that do not fall within the limits of the individual associations and protecting the aesthetic integrity of the New Albany communities as a whole.

Declaration of Covenants & Code of Regulations

All homes falling under The New Albany Communities Master Association are bound to two specific sets of rules and regulations above and beyond their own individual Homeowner’s Association or Condo Association. They are as follows*.
