The Primary purpose and goal of The New Albany Communities Master Association is to maintain and beautify the scenic corridors of the New Albany community. The miles of white fence, inviting leisure trails, and common area ponds and play grounds serve to promote a sense of community and unity within the New Albany communities.
The New Albany Communities Master Association is comprised of over 130 acres common area acres which are routinely cared for and maintained by the Association. This includes mowing, fertilization, tree care, edging, mulching, etc.
In addition to the above, The New Albany Communities Master Association also oversees the care and maintenance of 7 play grounds, 3 ponds, 2 barns, 1 basketball court, 90 signs, 45 access gates, common area trees, goose control, irrigation, doggie pots, trash cans, and common area lighting.
